Description

Montreal sextet, The Vasts, serve up a moody, yet inspiring soundscape of indie, folk, rock and country sonics. Their complex array of rich, sulky melodies carry listeners through the darkness, with soaring trumpets lighting the way.

Their album Tearing Us Apart was produced by Serge Nakauchi-Pelletier, from the band Pawa Up First, whose aficionados will like The Vasts' atmospheres.
